You may secure booth space in the Virtual Exhibit Hall by entering your email address in the Registration section and completing the form.  You may set up your exhibit space for one year, after which you may renew on an annual basis:

Twelve months - $1500

Once your full payment is received, your booth space will be confirmed and you will be notified with instructions to access and build your site.  Your twelve month term will begin on the day you are given access to your virtual booth site. 

Following are some key features of the virtual booth space (click here for sample virtual booth page):

  • Only ONE registration is necessary for 12-month duration.  Once the site is built, it will exist and can be modified on LEAconnects until the expiration date, then can be renewed.
  • Links to Virtual Exhibit Hall on all LEAconnects content pages
  • Ability to define and share your organization type, products, and services, which can be found by users in the search process
  •  Complete management of content; username and password controlled
  •  5 exhibitor-defined "Call to action" buttons
  •  Up to 10 videos can be uploaded
  • Up to 20 images can be uploaded
  • Up to 20 PDF documents can be uploaded
  • Up to 5 banners can be displayed with custom URL landing pages
