How to Register

The registration (and cost) for EMDC 2023 has 2 components which are charged separately:

1) Registration. Registration for Pre-EMDC (10-13 May) & EMDC (15-18 May) & Post-EMDC (19-22 May) is paid to EMDC and done by clicking Register at the top of the page. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE; paid in advance to EMDC, and very close to the amount we charged back in 2010! Each person must register separately. There is a "couple rate"  but it applies to each person of the couple.

2) Housing. If you are planning to staying at the on-site housing at Horizon Village please note you cannot register through the Horizons site. Our team will contact you on how to complete your housing after you register based on the dates you indicated. Housing at Horizon will fill up quickly.

We will NOT be organizing any overflow housing. You will need to book your own housing elsewhere when Horizon is full. If you have a security concern about staying at Horizon, please stay off site with friends or at a different hotel. Off site participants are required to pay a day participation fee to Horizon which includes coffee, snacks, internet, and facilities

To get back to your registration page (to make updates and/or enter additional information) it is important that you remember your link and passphrase which are found in the confirmation page we send you. 

At EMDC you will be asked to sign our security policy. We take your security very seriously.  Upon arrival at the EMDC Conference you will be asked to sign the security statement below:

I agree not to publish the names of attendees or their material (hand-outs) without their prior consent.  I agree not to take photographs of participants.  I will not use the EMDC as a venue for expressing defamatory opinions against any ideology or faith.  I agree to this with my signature (at EMDC).

EMDC has maintained relatively tight security over the years.  We still do a background/reference check on every person registered for EMDC in-person or EMDC Online.  As a result of the disruptions of Covid (facial recognition, contact-tracing, etc), we cannot guarantee the same security level as in the past.  If you feel that your present situation may be compromised by attending EMDC, please do not attend.
