Lodging & Accommodations
The cost of accommodation is not included in the registration fee, and you will need to make reservations and payments on your own. Please keep in mind as you make reservations that dates in the UK are formatted in dd/mm/year.
Some local accommodation options are listed below, but you are welcome to stay anywhere you choose. Please keep in mind the distance from our conference location as you will be responsible for making your own way to the venue each day.

Meals
As set out on the schedule, most meals during the convocation are included within the registration price. Please indicate on the registration form any dietary requirements.
Breakfast is not included on any day during the convocation.
Lunch is included on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Reception is included for Thursday evening, and dinner is included for Saturday evening.
Dinner on Friday evening is not included. To extend our fellowship time and deepen friendships, delegates are encouraged to sign up on-site at the registration desk and dine together regionally.
Saturday evening includes a formal 3-course dinner. We encourage you to dress in formal cocktail attire (suits and cocktail dresses) or national dress.
On Sunday the convocation will finish immediately after lunch.
