Cancellation Policy

• Through February 8: full refund of registration rate minus $50 processing fee.
  
• After February 8, and through February 23: 50% refund of registration fee.
  
• After February 22: No refunds.
  

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of event coordinator. Written cancellation notice must be received by the deadline date. No refund notification requests will be honored after February 22. Written notice of cancellation may be emailed to the following email address.
