On-Site Exhibitor Space
PURPOSE: Ministries with media and storytelling materials may share the products they offer that benefit oral learners. We have very limited space and want to make sure that there is a wide variety of media and oral materials presented, so we cannot guarantee space until we confirm your application.
PERSONNEL: There must be at least one registered, paid attendee per exhibit space. Additional personnel to staff the booth as non-attendees must be listed in the space provided below and they will be assessed a fee based on the number of meals and facility usage involved. In addition to their name, please also list if they are a regular attendee or booth only.
INFORMATION: This year we have limited space. OUR EXHIBITOR SPACE IS FULL. If you would like to be on the waiting list please let me know.
$100 exhibitor fee and the non-attendee staffing fee (if applicable), will
be assessed after your application has been approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Exhibit fee non-refundable after August 31, 2018. Prior to that a $25 service fee will be charged. Separate conference cancellation fees apply.
SIGNAGE: All signage must be on easels or free-standing. Nothing can be taped or affixed to the walls, furniture or property at the Wyndham Orlando.

APPROVAL: All Exhibitors are required to be in agreement with the Lausanne Covenant. To see the Covenant please follow this link. Invitations to approved exhibitors will be sent out no later than July 1st.
