YouthLead is a leadership retreat for high school students, led by high school students - in partnership with the PSD & LCMS YouthLead!
 YouthLead Training had its beginning in the hearts of teens. A meeting of teen representatives from various districts asked LCMS Youth Ministry to create a leadership development training designed specifically for teens. For over four decades, LCMS Youth Ministry has hosted an annual leadership training, led by a team of peer-elected teens for teens throughout our synod. It is with great excitement that we bring YouthLead back to the Pacific Southwest District after a brief hiatus. Our team of teens is eager to invite you - high school students and leaders - to spend the weekend in the mountains of Arizona as we worship, study, and walk A Walk Made Worthy.
