2022 National Bible Bee Competition

Welcome to the official hotel reservation site for the National Bible Bee Competition 2022

We are currently SOLD OUT of rooms at Hyatt and Hilton and are working on securing additional rooms at another nearby hotel.

Please email us with your name, phone number, arrival and departure dates, and when additional rooms become available or should we receive cancelations we will contact you.

For questions or assistance please email biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com with your name, and phone number. Our reservations helpdesk is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. eastern. In most cases you will receive a prompt response, however, during business hours please allow an hour for a reply.  Emails sent after hours will receive a next-day reply and emails sent on weekends will receive a reply within 24-48 hours.  

All National Bible Bee Competition rooms will be booked here on this site.  Please DO NOT call the hotel directly to book your room.

Frequently Asked Questions

How may I make a change or cancel my reservation?

  • Prior to 5:00 p.m. (eastern) Friday, October 14, 2022: all cancelations and reservation changes must be done here on this site directly by login back to your reservation record.  You will use your email address as previously done when making your initial reservation. The site will then send you an email giving you access back to your reservation record where you may cancel or edit your reservation. You may also email Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com and upon your request a representative will cancel your reservation on your behalf and email you a cancelation confirmation. 
  • Beginning 5:00 p.m. (eastern) Friday, October 14, 2022: all reservation cancelations and changes must be made in writing via email to Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com.
  • Beginning Friday, October 21, 2022: all changes to your reservations and cancelations must be made by calling the hotel directly at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date, or the hotel will charge a penalty fee of one night's room and tax for failing to cancel on time. Hotel phone numbers will be posted to the site on or before October 21, 2022.

When should I receive my hotel confirmation?

All NBBC contracted hotels will send out final hotel confirmations to NBBC guests and participants as early as Tuesday, October 18, 2022 and no later than Friday, October 21, 2022. Prior to this and upon making your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation directly from NBBC's online reservation system.

How do I make an online reservation?

  1. Type in your email address in the text field box below the "Welcome" and "FAQ" section. In order to receive your confirmation, please make sure your email address is typed in correctly before you submit.
  2. In the "Housing Arrangements" section select single room.
  3. In the "Book a New Room" section select your hotel, room preference, and arrival and departure dates.  Should you get a sold-out date, select another hotel or change your arrival and/or departure date.
  4. Select the radio button "Invite Others to Join Room" to provide the names of other adults occupying the room with you.  If not applicable bypass the radio button.
  5. Guarantee your room by providing your credit card information, then submit.  Please note: your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival.


How do I make more than one online reservation?

  1. Type in your email address in the text field box below the "Welcome" and "FAQ" section.  In order to receive your confirmation please make sure your email address is typed in correctly before you submit.
  2. In the "Housing Arrangements" section select "Save" instead of single room and select "New Occupant/Roommate" and follow all prompts. 
  3. In the "My Reservations" section provide a first and last name" and select the "Go to Housing" button.
  4. In the "Book a New Room" section select your hotel, room preference, and arrival and departure dates. Should you get a sold-out date, select another hotel or change your arrival and/or departure date.
  5. Select the radio button "Pick from my group (linked) Registration(s)" and select the first name.
  6. Guarantee your first room by providing your credit card information then submit.  Please note: your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. 
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for your second room.


When will I receive my NBBC room confirmation?

Upon completing your online reservation, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your reservation.  Should you not receive your confirmation, please check your junk and spam folder.  If your confirmation is not in your junk or spam folder, please email Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com and your confirmation will be re-sent.

Why isn't my spouse or roommate's name showing on my reservation confirmation?

To add your spouse or roommate's name to your confirmation, you may log back into your reservation record by entering the same email address you used to make your initial reservation in the text field box below the "Welcome" and "FAQ" section of the main page.  Next, place a check mark in the box marked "Returning User." The site will remember your email address and send you a validation code along with a link giving you access to your reservation record. You will then do the following:
    1. Select the "Housing" button on the top of your screen.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Book a New Room" page.
    3. You will see your reservation at the lower end of the page.  Select "edit" next to your reservation and add your spouse, roommate or other occupant names to the room and submit to save.

Will my credit card be charged when making my reservation?

Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival.  It will only be used to guarantee your room.
