If you need to make a change to your arrival or departure date, cancel a reservation, or add a special request to your room you may call the hotel directly beginning Friday, October 21.  You may also send us an email with your requested changes and we will submit your requests to the hotel on your behalf.  

• Hyatt Regency Lexington: 800-323-7249. Hyatt Regency Lexington's cancelation policy is 24 hours prior to check-in.

• Hilton Lexington Downtown: 800-445-8667. Hilton Lexington's cancelation policy is 24 hours prior to check-in.

• Residence Inn by Marriott: 859-253-1000 or 859-267-1159. Residence Inn by Marriott's cancelation policy is 48 hours prior to check-in.
