Welcome to the official hotel reservation site for the National Bible Bee Competition 2018

Online housing is now closed.  If you need to  make a change to your arrival/departure date, change your room type or cancel your reservation you may do so by calling the hotel directly.  Final confirmations are in the process of being sent out by the hotel you book your room with here on this site.  If you booked a room for the National Bee Bee Competition here on this site, on or before November 15, 2018 and don't receive a final confirmation directly from the hotel by Friday, November 23, 2018 please email us at biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

How may I make a change or cancel my reservation?

  • Prior to November 16, 2018: all cancelations and reservation changes must be done here on this site directly by login back to your reservation record.  You will use your email address as previously done when making your initial reservation. The site will then send you an email giving you access back into your reservation record where you may cancel or edit your reservation if need be. You may also send an email to Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.comat any time and a representative will cancel your reservation on your behalf and email you a cancelation confirmation. 
  • Beginning November 16, 2018: all reservation cancelations and changes must be made in writing via email to Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com.
  • Beginning November 21, 2018: all changes to your reservations and cancelations must be made by calling the hotel directly at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date or the hotel will charge a penalty fee of one night's room and tax for failing to cancel on time. Hotel phone numbers will be posted to the site on or before November 21, 2018.

When should I receive my hotel confirmation?

All NBBC contracted hotels will send out final hotel confirmations to NBBC guests and participants as early as Tuesday, November 20, 2018 and no later than Friday, November 23, 2018. Prior to this and upon making your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation directly from NBBC's online reservation system.

How do I make an online reservation?

  1. Type in your email address in the text field box below the "Welcome" and "FAQ" section. In order to receive your confirmation, please make sure your email address is typed in correctly before you submit.
  2. In the "Book a New Room" page, you will see all your hotel options. In the drop down menu on the top of the page, make your hotel selection.
  3. Next, select your room type, then select your arrival and departure dates.  Should you get a sold out date, select another hotel or change your arrival and/or departure date.
  4. Provide the names of all who will be occupying your room.
  5. Guarantee your room by providing your credit card information then submit.  Please note: your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival.


How do I make more than one online reservation?

  4. Provide the names of all who will be occupying your first room.  
  5. Guarantee your room by providing your credit card information then submit.  Please note: your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. 
  6. Upon guaranteeing your room, you will be back in the "Book a New Room" page and can begin your next reservation by following the same steps.


When will I receive my NBBC room confirmation?

Upon completing your online reservation, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided when you made your reservation.  Should you not receive your confirmation, please check your junk and spam folder.  If your confirmation is not in your junk or spam folder, please email Biblebee@arrowhead.freshdesk.com and your confirmation will be re-sent.

Why isn't my spouse or roommate's name showing on my reservation confirmation?

To add your spouse or roommate's name to your confirmation, you may log back into your reservation record by entering the same email address you used to make your initial reservation in the text field box below the "Welcome" and "FAQ" section of the main page.  Next, place a check mark in the box marked "Returning User." The site will remember your email address and send you a validation code along with a link giving you access to your reservation record. You will then do the following:
    1. Select the "Housing" button on the top of your screen.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Book a New Room" page.
    3. You will see your reservation at the lower end of the page.  Select "edit" next to your reservation and add your spouse, roommate or other occupant names to the room and submit to save.

Will my credit card be charged when making my reservation?

Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival.  It will only be used to guarantee your room.
